Denise Laurinaitis is a photographer based in Manhattan who explores daily life through observing and talking with others. As a shy introvert, Denise always felt disconnected from the mainstream and found it difficult to immediately connect with new people. She uses photography as a way to associate with people on the streets and learn more about the benefits of being an extrovert. Her eye is drawn to color, quiet moments (mirroring the introvert in her), moments that exemplify the environment and the beauty in people as a whole when you sit down and talk with them.

Denise has taken classes at the International Center of Photography. She is a Click Pro at Click and Company. She participates in its Daily Project and is a Daily of the Week Winner. She will be teaching at Click Away in Dana Point, California in February 2019. She also runs the Grace Project 365 on Facebook.

Denise is currently working on several projects involving her personal experiences and memories, and she uses Instagram (@denise.laurinaitis) to share her current work.
